Spray Process
|
YPC Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has 10 spray booths that can spray all paints, including piano black. The booths are classified as follows:
- 6 Robot Machines for large products that utilize comprehensive systems, from spraying to automatic drying.
- 4 Spindle Machines for spraying small products.
The process starts by assembling the product with a jig to cover the area where spaying is unnecessary. After that, we examine the color thickness and color shade before passing the product to the next process.
All spray processes of YPC are operated in clean rooms that effectively prevent dust from covering the product, resulting in the desired product quality.
